Bosch PowerPack Battery - frame mount

This is the one of most common Bosch battery, as seen on the very large number of Bosch equipped electric bicycles on the New Zealand market. It is available in both 400Wh and 500Wh formats. This is a 'system two' battery, it is not a 'smart system' battery.

The 500Wh battery takes you 25% further than the 400Wh battery and in all other ways they are identical.

Each battery comes in two colours, though both are not always available. Although they colours (Platinum and Anthracite) are described as 'active line' and 'performance line' respectively, they are in fact identical in every way except colour. Therefore, you do not have to take your Bosch motor drive into account when selecting the battery colour. In general we supply Platinum when we can but it depends on the local availability as well. Anthracite is the darker colour of the two.
