How it works

We install the GPS tracker to your e-bike in our workshop for a $30 installation fee. Alternatively, you can have it delivered to you and you can take it to your favourite bike shop for installation. You then activate it following the instructions on the packaging (very quick and simple process).  Use your bike like normal and login to our free mobile app to see its historical and real-time location. A mobile app is available for Android, Apple users can login in through a browser (same functionality). You will need to pay an ongoing cost for the phone style SIM card that it uses to transmit information. This charge is not to Electric Bike Team and at time of writing is $6 per month
